Meetings are held in January, March, May, September, and November.
They are usually held the last Tuesday of the month, with the exception of the May meeting, which is usually an excursion to a historical site, an archive or other place of interest to the members.

The January meeting is the annual meeting, with new board members elected. The finalized dates for the meetings are announced in Vasabladet a week prior to each meeting.

For all meetings except the May meeting, there is usually a presentation given on some genealogical or historical subject.
